Great Product! October 1, 2008

I can confirm that this little buy works for Vista with no problems.  I use it as part of my everyday set-up.

The DAC does exactly as it is designed to do and gets the bad on-board sound card out of the way.  I can Immediately tell a difference in the clarity of the sound when I have it plugged in.

I also have a laptop with xp on it that I use as a source for parties.  I hook up the DAC to the laptop and then connect the DAC to the receiver with RCA jacks.  This set-up works perfectly as I found the sound card on the laptop to be un-listenable when connected to my yamaha-663.

Over all I would say this product is a great entry into trying out a DAC.

Great Value June 30, 2008

This isn't a Apogee but it really does sound fantastic.  It smokes the DAC in my Integra 5.4

Pair this with a good headphone amp and some Senn650 or Beyer880's and enjoy the bliss...

WOW! June 23, 2008

I used to listen to my iPod plugged directly into my sound system. Now this little DAC along with Audiomagnus' battery power supply has made a huge difference for little money. With the equipment connected to the iTunes library on my laptop, I'm hearing sounds in my music that I've never heard, even from my $2000 CD player! I'm floored!
